Day 284: Crispy Kale Seaweed

We took inspiration from Erin’s Mum and turned our spinach crisps into Kale ‘crisps’ and made the most delicious crispy seaweed. The kids made this themselves and devoured it in great handfuls. Following the same principle as the spinach, they doused the leaves with olive oil in a food bag, seasoned with garlic granules and cayenne pepper then spread onto an ovenproof tray and baked for 8 minutes at 190C.Then they ate it as a snack, for fun. Kale. 

(Sprinkled with a few sesame seeds.)
