Day 270: Spinach Crisps

Following the success of the homemade parsnip crisps, Number One Daughter was super excited about a recipe she found ‘somewhere’ and was desperate to make.

This simply involves placing spinach leaves in a plastic food bag with a glug of olive oil, a sprinkle of garlic salt and a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper. Shake them around so they’re evenly coated, then spread them out individually on a baking tray. Bake at 180C for 12 minutes and serve.

These were so delicious: easy enough for a child to make and tasty enough to encourage Mathilde to eat spinach!
