This robust cheese lends itself perfectly to being chipped and fried and makes a perfect accompaniment to bean burgers or as a scrumptious snack, simply served with a dip.

- 1 x tbsp plain flour
- Garlic powder
Mix the flour with a good sprinkle of both the paprika and garlic. Slice the halloumi into wedges and coat in the flour mixture. Fry in olive oil until golden and crispy.
